What is included in the venue rental?
The venue rental includes access to the ceremony site, an outdoor reception area, tables and chairs, and a chalet for the wedding party to relax and get ready from 7 am to 11 pm (16 hours).
Can additional time be purchased at the venue?
Yes; additional days for set-up and rehearsal can be purchased. Restrictions may apply.
Do you require event insurance?
Yes; event insurance protects you from any financial harm throughout your wedding process.
What are the parking accommodations?
The venue has a parking area to accommodate guests and vendors.
What is your policy on venue visits after booking?
We allow venue visits with advanced notice. Please call to schedule any visits. Phone number coming soon.
Are clients required to use preferred vendors?
Clients are welcome to use their own vendors. However, a list of some of our favorite vendors can be provided.
Is there a deposit and how do payment plans work?
A non-refundable down payment of $2000 is due at the time of booking to reserve your desired date. The remainder of the balance is due no later than 6 months before the event.
